Here you will find all the information you need to know to shop at our boutique. Please read through our policies and be familiar with how we work in order to get the best shopping experience. Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your order.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • To expedite your return or exchange, please contact us prior to returning any items.
  • We cannot be responsible for items returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend sending your package by a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
  • The following are Final Sale items and may not be returned or exchanged: Personalized Items, Custom Orders, and Sale Items discounted by 50% or more.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or have an error in your order, please immediately contact us for instructions on return and replacement.
  • Upon receipt of returned items, a full credit in the amount paid MINUS the shipping costs paid or the actual shipping cost on FREE SHIPPING orders, will be credited in the same manner of original payment.

Our Shipping Policy

Baby Bunne now offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the 50 States, DC & Guam:

At checkout you may choose either Standard USPS Shipping (5-7 business days) for FREE or Priority USPS Shipping (2-3 business days) for only $7.00

We also currently ship by USPS International Priority Mail (1-2 weeks) to Canada ($20USD) and Australia, Ireland, United Kingdom, and New Zealand ($27USD)

  • Please contact us for details on shipping to other International Locations.
  • A shipping fee may be charged on replacement orders for exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and actual shipping cost on Free Shipping items will be deducted from returns.
  • All in stock items will be processed and shipped on the next business day following the confirmation of your order. The above time estimates for shipping do not include this processing period.

Our Stock

At Baby Bunne we stock all our products on site.  Our website will automatically remove the "Add to Cart" button when the product is out of stock.  If the "Add to Cart" button is available to choose, then the product is in stock and ready to ship next business day.  There are a handful of products which are NOT stocked on site and will state "Ships from Manufacturer" in the item description details.  These are generally custom items and will take approximately 1 week to ship.  Please contact us with any questions about our stocking policy.

Gift Note

At your request, we will include a handwritten gift note to the recipient of your gift. Gift note may be requested at checkout.

Sales Tax

Baby Bunne is a Virginia state business and is required to collect 5% sales tax for all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.
