Here you will find all the information you need to know to shop at our boutique. Please read through our policies and be familiar with how we work in order to get the best shopping experience. Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your order.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • To expedite your return or exchange, please email our Returns Department at returns@babybunne.com prior to returning any items.
  • We cannot be responsible for items returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend sending your package by a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
  • The following are Final Sale items and may not be returned or exchanged: Personalized Items, Custom Orders, and Sale Items discounted by 50% or more.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or have an error in your order, please immediately email us at customerservice@babybunne.com for instructions on return and replacement.

Our Shipping Policy

The following is our flat-fee shipping structure within the contiguous 48 States & DC:

All Orders Now Ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for only $7.00
All Other Locations Starting at $15.00

  • Please contact us for details on shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International Locations.
  • The shipping fee will be charged on all replacement orders for exchanges.
  • All in stock items will be processed and shipped on the next business day following the confirmation of your order. The above time estimates for shipping do not include this processing period.

Free Reusable Gift Bag

Most items may be gift wrapped in our adorable reusable felt gift bags for no additional charge. Some larger items are not available for gift wrap at this time. At your request, we also include a handwritten gift note to the recipient of your gift. Gift wrap and note may be requested in the "comments" section at checkout.

Sales Tax

Baby Bunne is a Virginia state business and is required to collect 5% sales tax for all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.
